MUSTANGS WIN !!!
The North Shore football team dominated much of the highly anticipated game against previously undefeated Atascocita winning by the deceivingly close score of 31-21 .
The Mustang offense rolled up 496 total yards behind the efforts of an offensive line, led by senior Khayman Johnson, that dominated the line of scrimmage. Senior quarterback Bryant Badie threw for 292 yards and ran for another 107 yards as he accounted for 3 scores. Senior receivers Eltroy Potts and Patrick Davis turned in spectacular performances as well. Defensively, the Mustangs suffocated the Eagles as they held them to 13 yards rushing on the night. Seniors K'lavon Chaisson and Eron Jones harassed the Atascocita quarterback all night as the secondary continued to challenge the receivers through the entire game.
The Mustangs face another tough challenge this week against Kingwood High School on Friday night at GPISD Stadium.

Junior Thomas Davis started the scoring in the 1st quarter by returning the opening kickoff 106 yards for a touchdown and ended the 1st quarter barrage with an 85 yard interception return for a touchdown as North Shore raced to a 35-0 lead after the first quarter of play.
Senior Bryant Badie accounted for 3 touchdowns and Junior's Kerrion Hadnot and Querion Burton scored as well. Senior Charles Gonzales closed the game with a 45 yard touchdown run as the Mustangs won homecoming 56-3. Senior's Reginald Bowie and Khayman Johnson anchored the offensive line and Junior Jeremiah Walter led the defensive effort.
Senior's Jonathan Rodriguez and Kanin Furlow excelled in special teams.
