Workouts that can be done outside of school

 

Always stretch before you workout. Do your agilities: high knees, butt kicks, lunges, high kicks, back kicks, wusa, power A skips, high knee crossover (karaoke), back skips.

 

DISTANCE: 3 DAYS A WEEK 1600, 2 X 800, 150 Sprint

 

SPRINTERS: 3 DAYS A WEEK 400, 2 X 200, 2 X 100 (STARTING OFF IN READY POSITION)
