Coach Aymond Interviews
North Shore Senior High School head coach David P. Aymond appeared on KHOU Channel 11 Friday, January 13, 2012. The 8 consecutive, undefeated regular season coach has been with the Galena Park Independent School District since 1994. Coach Aymond’s stellar record for character development, sportsmanship, and strong teamwork has earned him many distinctions, as well as the NSSH Mustangs several state records and a state championship.
As of 2009, quality athletes from North Shore lead the nation in college signees, so it is no surprise that four former Galena Park Independent School District student athletes will be playing in the playoff game between the Houston Texans and the Baltimore Ravens in Baltimore, MD. Earl Mitchell - Houston Texans #92, Andre Gurode - Baltimore Ravens #65, Cory Redding - Baltimore Ravens #93, and Chykie Brown -Baltimore Ravens #23 will all compete on the same field.
Coach Aymond discussed these players and the continued success of the North Shore football program.
