Re-Enrollment and New Student Registration!!
**RETURNING STUDENTS:
All students attending Williamson Elementary in 2009-2010 MUST re-enroll.
ALL CURRENT STUDENTS MUST RE-ENROLL PRIOR TO AUGUST 19TH !
(**FORMS MAY BE MAILED TO THE SCHOOL OR DROPPED OFF IN THE OFFICE DURING REGISTRATION HOURS.**)
**NEW STUDENTS:
Williamson Elementary New Student Registration Information for 2009-2010
The following items will be needed to complete the registration process:
- BIRTH CERTIFICATE for enrolling child
- CURRENT SHOT RECORDS
- SOCIAL SECURITY CARD for enrolling child
- DRIVERS LICENSE OR IDENTIFICATION CARD
- PROOF OF RESIDENCE
a. Utility bill-address must match I.D. or Drivers license
b. Lease agreement-address must match I.D. or drivers license and all children must be listed on lease agreement.
If you are a guardian over the child you are enrolling you will need to go to the
Administration Building off Beltway 8 and Woodforest Blvd.
and fill out papers before you can register the child.
Go to the lobby and ask the reception for Guardianship papers.
If you have custody of your child, please bring a copy of your custody papers
so they can be placed in your child's cumulative folder.
