Havard Student Registraion for 2008-2009

Registration for Pre-K and grades 1st-5th will begin on

August 12th and 14th from 8am to 3pm. August 13th from 8am to 6 pm.

The following items will be needed to complete the registration process:

1. BIRTH CERTIFICATE

2. CURRENT SHOT RECORDS

3. SOCIAL SECURITY CARD

4. DRIVERS LICENSE OR IDENTIFICATION CARD

5. PROOF OF RESIDENCE
a. Utility bill-address must match I.D. or Drivers license
b. Lease agreement-address must match I.D. or drivers license and all children   

must be listed on lease agreement.

If you are a guardian over the child you are enrolling you will need to go over to the

Administration Building off Beltway 8 and Woodforest Blvd.

and fill out papers before you can register the child.

Go to the lobby and ask the reception for Guardianship papers.

If you have custody of your child, please bring a copy of your custody papers

so they can be placed in your child's cumulative folder.
