JCE Elementary has once again received the Texas Excellence Educators Grant (TEEG 3)!

Jacinto City Elementary was awarded a Texas Educator's Excellence Grant by the Texas Education Agency for the 2009-2010 school year.  This grant was based on the school's TAKS scores for the school year 2008-2009 and JCE's Exemplary status.  As well as receiving this honor, the grant will provide financial incentives to the faculty and staff of JCE.

In order to maintain this eligibility, the faculty and staff members will continue to contribute to the improvement of student academic achievement.  Eligible faculty and staff members will receive compensation from the grant in the 2009-10 school year.
