The primary purpose of the ARD facilitator/Diagnostician is to coordinate, schedule, and participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to ensure timeline requirements are met.  He/She also ensures that all elements required to be addressed and documented are accomplished through Special Education Manager, and that parents and others receive relevant sections of the individualized education program (IEP).
