DID YOU KNOW???????
The school needs your consent to initially provide your child with special education services.   At least every three years after the first evaluation, the school must reevaluate your  child unless you and the school agree a reevaluation is unnecessary.   You and your school make decisions about your child's educational program through an ARD committee.   You have a right to be actively involved in the ARD committee meeting and to discuss any aspect of your child's educational program.
