Dear Parents,

     Please be sure to practice colors, shapes, counting to 20, letter recognition and sounds as much as possible. The "STARFALL" link below is a great website for letter/sound practice. 

     Also, be sure to read to your child every night.  We will also be working on number recognition to at least 10 (out of order!) and rote counting to at least 20 in the next couple of months. 

     Our goal for the end of Pre-K is to be able to recognize ALL letters and sounds, as well as being able to read some sight words.  In math, our goal is number recognition to 20 and rote counting to 30.

     Thank you for your support in helping our students succeed in Pre-K and become better prepared for Kindergarten!
