Documents needed
for registration:
1. Proof of Residence
(Utility Bill or
Mortgage/Lease/ Rental Agreement)
2. Birth Certificate (Original)
3. Child's Social Security Card (Original)
4. Driver's license
5. Shot Records
6. Proof of Income for Pre-K only(Current paycheck stubs or proofs of income
for one month from all adults in household)

Eligibility for Pre-Kindergarten
* Child must be 4 years of age
on or before September 1. 2012
* Must qualify for free or reduced meals, or
* Speak English as a second language, or
* Be the child of an active duty member
of the armed forces
* Family is homeless or
child has ever been in foster care
Eligibility for Kindergarten
* Child must be 5 years of age
on or before September 1, 2013
SCHOOL BREAKFAST
Students, arrive early and enjoy a
FREE
breakfast in the cafeteria!

Breakfast is served from
7:00 am to 7:30 am.
It will be free to all students.
Begin your day the right way,
with a good breakfast!
