Senior Master Sergeant Walter Calhoun represents the Air Force Junior ROTC Program and performs those duties connected with the instruction, operation, administration of the Air Force Junior  ROTC Program.

Sergeant Calhoun grew up in Zwolle, Louisiana, where he graduated from J.S. Clark High School.  In July 1970, he entered the United States Air Force.  His background include various duties in Space Command and Aircraft Control and Warning Systems Operations.  His assignments include bases in Florida,

Massachusetts, Mississippi, Texas, California, and Alaska.  He

served in support of Operation Desert Shield/Storm.  He also

served overseas in Greenland, Korea, and Japan.
