                  Honesty & Integrity

The Character Education Themes for December are honesty and integrity.  Integrity is defined as 'the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles'.  Here is a quote to explain the importance of integrity, honesty, and doing the right thing.  "Always do right.  This will gratify some people and astonish the rest."

Congratulations to Maria Garivay

Employee of the Month

December 2014

Mrs. Garivay has been working for GPISD for 10 years.  She has been happily married for 23 years and has 4 children.  Her daughter, Elizabeth, is attending San Jacinto College.  Mrs. Garivay is very proud of all her children.

On the weekends, she enjoys the company of her husband.  Mrs. Garivay's husband is a truck driver and travels most of the time.

Mrs. Garivay's hobbies include making desserts and creating edible fruit arrangements.  She is very happy to be a part of the Pyburn family.

Way to go, Mrs. Garivay!!!!
