Tice Elementary's Registration Information

All students will need the following:

  • Parent/Guardian Current ID with correct address
  • If you are leasing: Lease agreement (current) with all names of students and guardians on it
  • If you own your home: Light bill or water bill

 

New students will need the above along with:

  • Birth Certificate with the seal (not a hospital record or baptism record)
  • Social Security Card
  • Shot record
  • Last report card
