Metro Go Texan committee member and Gifted & Talented/Encounters teacher at Cobb 6th Grade Campus, Robert Seibert stated, “I am thankful for our community’s amazing support since over 3,000 people attend this year’s cook-off and so many GPISD employees volunteered their time to judge the competition. I look forward to a continued partnership with the Rodeo and our Galena Park and Jacinto City communities. These students will be attending an institution of higher learning in Texas because of their dedication to academics and our communities’ commitment to the future of our best and brightest.”
