Houston, Texas: On Wednesday, March 23rd Galena Park ISD hosted an ACT/SAT luncheon in honor of the district's seniors with the top ACT/SAT scores. In order to be invited to this special luncheon, students must be on track to graduate in June. The ACT/SAT scores from the students' 11th and 12th grade years are examined, and students are to request their scores be reported back to the district to be eligible. Those recognized this year scored a 25 or higher, out of a possible 36, on their ACT or a 1790 or higher, out of a possible 2400, on their SAT.
