The Texas Education Agency announced today that GPISD has earned a Recognized rating in the state's accountability system for the 2007-08 school year. Join us in celebrating this great achievement.
GPISD is currently working in conjuction with a company named Harris County Connect to update alumni databases from GPHS and NSHS. This is a legitimate service, if you have questions call 800-877-6554.
Parents and students can find all the essential information they need to prepare for the upcoming 2008-2009 school year by reading the "Your Schools" Back to School Newsletter online.
You are invited to participate in Galena Park ISD's First Annual "Reach Out to Dropouts" Walk. Our community-wide campaign needs your support on Saturday, September 6, 2008 from 8:30 - 1:00 pm.
Galena Park ISD has been awarded a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant to provide educational and enriching after school programs. All family members are invited to participate in this opportunity.
