Middle school and high school students in the district can earn their way to a free concert featuring teen recording hip-hop/rap artists Baby Jay and J Xavier to be held Friday, May 4 at noon in Galena Park ISD Stadium.
All middle school and high school students with perfect attendance during the first and second six-week grading periods of the second semester will be transported to the stadium for the concert.  As an added bonus the secondary campus with the highest overall attendance will invite ALL of its students to the free concert.            This will not be the only chance for students to see Baby Jay and J Xavier for free as plans for the second Perfect Attendance Concert are being finalized.
