Chamber Honors Student Athlete

          Sedrick Flowers was honored at the North Channel Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon on Feb. 10, 2011. Sedrick is a 3 year varsity letterman who as a sophomore and junior made 2nd team all district. As a senior, Sedrick made 1st team all district and was invited to play in the prestigious Army All-American Bowl. Sedrick is currently 5th ranked offensive guard in the nation by Rivals.com. In addition to his exceptional football skills, he also holds academic honors, becoming a member of the National Honors Society and National Achievement Academy while earning a 3.95 GPA. Sedrick has committed to play college football at the University of Texas.
