| The purpose of the grant is to provide a system of financial incentives to award educators who demonstrate the ability to achieve higher levels of student academic performance. Funds will be distributed in two parts: Part I-Teacher Incentives (not less than 75% of the award) and Part II-Additional Incentives (not more than 25% of the award). |
