Folders
In order to manage the files that you have saved,
it is often desireable to create new folders in the My Documents folder
in which to store files containing similar information. The following
information are directions for creating a new folder.

- Click File, Save As. This will open up the My
Documents folder. Click on the Create New Folder icon.

- The New Folder box will open. Name your folder
and click OK.
|
|
|
|
- To delete a folder within the "My Documents"
folder, click on the folder you wish to delete. Click on the Delete
icon, then click Yes.
