Saving Documents

To save your work:

  • Click File then Save. This will, by default, open the My Documents folder on the C: drive.
  • Name the file in the area next to File name then click on Save.
  • To save your document in an alternative location, such as on the server or to a floppy disk, click on File then Save As.
  • Click the triangle next to the Save in box. Select the desired drive and location then click on Save.
