Houston, TX – October 15, 2025 – Galena Park High School proudly celebrated a significant milestone with the Master Plan Groundbreaking Ceremony, officially launching Phase 3A of this transformative campus project.

Galena Park ISD (GPISD) recognized Sam Harris, Director for Fine Arts and Academic Enrichment, for receiving a 2025 Choral Excellence Award from the Texas Choral Directors Association (TCDA).

The GPMS Band will have a spirit night on Monday, November 17, from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Chick-fil-A located on I-10 & Uvalde. Let them know you're there for the GPMS Band and they'll donate part of the proceeds to our awesome kiddos!
It's for a great cause and a wonderful reason to not have to cook :)
