The District Requires a new Residency Affidavit for each school year. This notarized application is for parents who are residing full-time with persons having a legal residence within the boundaries of Galena Park ISD, but do not have the required residency documents in their name or required proof of residency documentation is not currently available in the name of the parent or guardian.
Required Documents along with the completed affidavit is required during the designated time periods.
You may obtain a Residency Affidavit at your child's campus during New Student Enrollment or at the Administration Building.
- Notarized Residency Affidavit (Applicant(s) and notary cannot be the same person)
- Parent/Guardian TDL or ID
- Homeowner/Landlord TDL or ID
- Current Utility Bill (water, gas or electric) or Lease
