    RETURN TO LEARN - Parents can select their child's learning option by completing the required Instructional Arrangement Form during Returning Student Verification or New Student Enrollment online process.

    RETURNING STUDENT VERIFICATION - All returning students must complete the Returning Student Verification process, online.  The deadline has been extended to July 30th 5:00 p.m.

    RETURNING STUDENT VERIFICATION ON SITE ASSISTANCE - The district will provide computer access and assistance at The Zotz Education building.

    CAMPUS LOCATOR - Campus Attendance Zones and bus routes for the 2020-2021 school year

    RESIDENCY AFFIDAVIT - This form is for individuals who cannot produce a property deed/lease or live with a friend/family member.  Residency Affidavits for the 2020-2021 school year are available electronically.  Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending the notary requirement.  A valid email address is required.

    PARENTAL ASSUMPTION - This form is required if you are an adult assuming responsibility for a minor living separate and apart from a parent, legal guardian, or other person having lawful control.  Parental Assumptions for the 2020-2021 school year are available electronically.  Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending the notary requirement.  A valid email address is required.  

    STUDENT TRANSFERS - Fall enrollment opens July 20.  Please visit the Student Transfer webpage to access the link and further information.  

    MCKINNEY-VENTO INFORMATION - A Student Residency Questionnaire (SRQ) must be completed and approved by the District Homeless Liason during New Student Enrollment or Returning Student Verification.  All students must complete a new Student Residency Questionnaire for the 2020-2021 school year.
