CTE Clusters & Programs of Study

Galena Park ISD offers comprehensive CTE clusters and Programs of Study that group related career pathways into clear, stackable sequences of courses. Each program combines classroom instruction, hands‑on labs, industry certifications, and work‑based learning to build technical competence and transferable skills. Pathways span areas such as healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, hospitality, business, and public service, allowing students to specialize, earn credentials or dual credit, and transition smoothly to careers, apprenticeships, or college. Our programs are designed for all learners and developed in partnership with local employers and postsecondary institutions to meet real workforce needs. Our teachers are amazing, hardworking professionals who bring industry expertise into the classroom, mentor students, and ensure every learner is prepared for a successful future.
