Process for Childcare Services for District Employees
Step I - District Childcare Interest Form & Registration Fee
If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) in the Galena Park ISD Childcare Center, please complete the form below for the 2025/2026 school year. Upon receipt of the form, the center will contact you to confirm availability and the expected start date. Carefully review the handbook to become familiar with center policies and procedures.
Step II - Download and Complete Forms
Please download and complete the applicable forms below after your child has been accepted for enrollment for the 2025/2026 school year. Forms are due one week before your child's first day of attendance.

Step III - Submit Forms to Center
You may submit your documents one of two ways:
Email the completed and signed documents to your selected center's clerk or director.

Bring the completed and signed documents to the center no later than one week before your child's first date of attendance. Please call before coming to ensure a staff member is available to receive your forms.

Step IV - Purchase supplies and attend Family Orientation on Friday, August 1, 2025.
