This webpage has been developed to assure adherence to establish accounting and compliance procedures of Galena Park ISD, Texas Education Agency and other grantor organizations. This manual was designed to:

• standardize the grant application process in Galena Park ISD
• establish a clearly delineated set of procedures for Galena Park ISD grant applicants
• outline steps for grant proposal development and compliance
• outline steps for post-award grant project implementation and management
• provide a reference and district point of contact (DPOC) for all non-formula grants in Galena Park ISD
