The Student Services Department supports students and families by addressing district-level concerns related to attendance, transfers, student records, and unresolved enrollment issues. We strive to meet each family’s needs with attentiveness, courtesy, dedication, and respect. If your campus cannot resolve an attendance or enrollment question, Student Services will guide you through district procedures, clarify policy, and coordinate timely solutions.
If you need assistance, please contact your campus office first; unresolved issues may be escalated to Student Services for district-level support. We are here to help families navigate processes and ensure every student can attend and thrive in school.

Below is a quick guide to our key responsibilities:
- After-School Programs — Coordinate program options, eligibility, enrollment procedures, and partnerships that extend learning and supervision beyond the regular school day.
- Attendance Zones — Manage and communicate school boundary information, rezoning processes, and address questions about which campus serves a student’s address.
- Foreign Exchange Students — Support placement, documentation, and compliance for students participating in recognized foreign exchange programs.
- McKinney-Vento — Provide identification, support, and services for students experiencing homelessness to ensure school stability and access to resources.
- Parental Assumptions — Review and resolve questions related to custody, guardianship, and parent/guardian claims that affect enrollment and school participation.
- Skyward Family Access — Assist families with account setup, login issues, and navigating attendance, schedules, and grade information in the district’s student information system.
- Student Enrollment — Process new enrollments, verify required documentation, and ensure students are registered at the appropriate campus promptly.
- Student Records — Maintain, update, and release academic records, transcripts, and required documentation in accordance with district policy and state law.
- Shared Residency — Investigate and coordinate cases where students share residency with another household, including documentation and eligibility considerations.
- Student Transfers — Manage intra‑district and inter‑district transfer requests, approvals, and necessary paperwork to facilitate student placements.
