2025-2026 Student Enrollment

Enrolling New Students for the 2025-2026 School Year

1. Fill out the New Student Online Registration application. 
2. Upload documents listed below: 
   • Student's Official Birth Certificate
     • Custody or guardianship documents relating to the student
   • Student's Social Security Card
   • Student's Immunization/shot records
   • Student's most recent report card or grade transcript
   • Valid photo identification of parent or guardian
   • Proof of residency of the parent or guardian's name on the service address:
     • a utility bill: water, light, or gas bill
     • a signed lease agreement

If a certified birth certificate is needed, please request one here. 
If you are unable to provide proof of residency under your name, you may need a Shared Residency Application.
