Notes From Our Registrar
Transcript Note: Any currently enrolled student transcript request(s) received on/after May 25, 2024 will not be processed until beginning
the week of June 3, 2024 when final grades and transcripts are posted. Graduates of the 2025 GPHS senior class, beginning June 3, 2024 when requesting transcripts please start utilizing the non-enrolled GPHS google form. If you have any questions regarding this note please contact GPHS registrar Ms. Holly Morgan, at 832-386-2842.

1:00 P.M.The cost of parking at NRG for graduation this year is $25, and the school is limited to the number of parking passes it receives. The district is providing a shuttle for graduation and if you would like to participate, please fill out the form below. Thanks.

You will need a $60 deposit for any packages that you will be ordering.
If you are only ordering a cap & gown, then you will only need $45.
You will be given a card to make payments for the senior package you choose.

* All guests at the GPHS Prom must be a high school student or older, but not older than 21 yrs old * All non GPHS students and guests must complete the applicable information below and be approved by a GPHS administrator before a ticket will be sold for the guest.* All non-GPHS guests must attach/upload a colored copy of a driver’s license or another photo ID(school, college, work, etc.) with this form.* All non-GPHS guests must present a driver’s license or another photo ID (school, college,work, etc.) on the night of the event.* All GPHS students and guests must abide by all Galena Park High School rules while inattendance or they are subject to be removed from the event. No Refunds will be provided.**please note that all prom tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
