•  2020-2021 New Student Enrollment

     Welcome to Sam Houston Elementary! All student enrollment will be completed online.  If you need assistance, please call us at 832-386-4430 to schedule an appointment.  Appointment hours are Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 am - 10:00 am.  Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 am - 10:00 am & 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm. Once your child's registration is complete, if student is face to face counselor will contact parent.  If student is virtual the teacher will contact parent.

    • Birth Certificate
    • Social Security Card
    • Parent/Guardian's driver's license or passport
    • Immunization records - must be signed or stamped by the physician
    • Proof of Residency - Utility bill (water, gas or electric) or current lease
    • Previous school records preferred (ex. report cards, transcript or withdrawal forms)
