What's New & Changing:

• New! Medical Transport Plan

  • EVACU eliminates your out-of-pocket costs, including deductibles and copays, for ground and air ambulance costs – no matter where you are or who picks you up.
     

• TRS-Active Care Medical Plans

  • Rate increase on most Medical Plans
  • Medical deductible for TRS-ActiveCare HD increased
  • Primary plan is now called Primary x Region 4
  • New! Introducing Facility Tiers for TRS-ActiveCare Primary x Region 4 plan (Houston area) for cost savings with lower cost, high quality facilities
  • New! Introducing Physician Tiers for TRS-ActiveCare 2 Plan for copay savings with lower cost, high quality physicians
  • Member Rewards for visits with a Specialist or PCP can now be received via check
     

• Disability Plan

  • You must re-enroll.  It will not rollover this year.
  • More features and lower premiums (for most plans) on the enhanced Disability Plan
  • Waiver of premium after 90 days, instead of 180 days
  • Waiver of elimination period on plans with 7, 14, or 30 day eliminations if hospitalized more than 18 hours
     

• Cancer Plan

  • Allstate is now The Standard
  • Guaranteed Issue for all employees on the Cancer Plan
  • Twelve month look back to receive benefits

We are excited to offer online and in-person enrollment options for the 2026 - 2027 plan year.  Benefits are effective September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027.

Not making any changes and want to keep your benefits as is? Comfortable with navigating the portal and having access 24/7, then log in with your credentials and complete your enrollment/declination as soon as the portal opens on May 11th.

USERNAME: Enter your Social Security Number with no dashes (EXAMPLE: 123456789)
PASSWORD: The default password is 12 characters, consisting of the last four digits of your Social Security Number followed by your full eight-digit birthdate in the format (MMDDYYYY).
