Staff Transfer Requests

1. Be in good standing (not on a growth/intervention plan at the time of submitting request)
2. Meet all certification or other requirements for the requested position.
3. Not be under investigation or had prior substantiated allegations resulting from an investigation for a violation of the Code of Ethics or Board Policy during the current school year.
4. Must not have been notified that he/she will not receive a contract or letter of reasonable assurance for the following school year.

1. Discuss your intent to submit a transfer request to a different campus with your current principal or direct supervisor.
2. Complete the online transfer request through your Employee Service Center in Frontline before the deadline.
3. Once your request is submitted, your name and information will be added to the pool of transfer candidates.
4. Principals will have access to the pool of transfer applicants and contact any applicant of interest for an interview.
5. Principals will notify you if you are selected to extend an unofficial job offer.
6. Final approval of a transfer request is subject to principal recommendation and HR approval. 

► PLEASE NOTE - Submitting a transfer request does not guarantee your transfer will be granted. You will be contacted directly by a campus if you are being considered for a transfer.
