- Immunization Record
- Parent ID
- Proof of Residence (Such as a utility bill or lease/contract)
By Appointment only. Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-2:00 pm. Only 1 parent/guardian and student enrolling in the campus will be allowed in the building, No Exceptions.

- Certificado de nacimiento
- Tarjeta de seguro Social
- Cartilla de vacunación
- Identificación de los padres
- Comprobante de residencia (como una factura de servicios públicos o contrato)
Cita Requerida. Lunes a Jueves de 9:00 am -2:00 pm. Solo 1 padre/tutor y estudiante que se inscriba en la escuela podrán ingresar al edificio, sin excepciones.
