Parents of NEW students will need the following documents:

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Parent/Guardian's driver's license or passport
• Immunization Records
• Proof of Residency - Current lease or utility bill (water, gas, or electricity)
• Previous school records (ex. report cards, transcripts, or withdrawal forms)

Families who are new to Galena Park ISD must complete New Student Enrollment. Only request a new account if you do not have an existing family access account.
