NSSHS 9th Grade Center

Note from the Nurse:

North Shore 9^th Grade Campus maintains a nurse's office, staffed by a registered nurse and a medical assistant. The nurse is responsible for helping students, staff and visitors with their health issues, medications, emergencies, and tracking the immunization status of the student body.

My goal is to provide care for each student and maintain a healthy school environment. In order for me to do that, I need the parents' help. I ask each parent to notify the nurse of any medical problems a student may have and keep up-to-date immunization records. This will aid in providing efficient case management of your child(ren).
