GPISD Parents/Guardians,

For the safety and protection of our athletes, the UIL and GPISD require all student athletes, managers, student trainers, and video staff to get a Pre-Participation Sports Physical. The school district provides a mass physical day to all students interested in extracurriculars to help accommodate the student and the parent. 

 

This year, physicals will be held on Wednesday, March 26th at  North Shore Senior High’s Athletic Fieldhouse. This opportunity is available for all athletics, cheer, and dance students in grades 6 -11. Physicals will take place throughout the school day during students' respective athletic periods. Students who currently attend Cobb, North Shore Middle School, and Cunningham Middle School, will have transportation provided by the district to and from North Shore Senior High. 

 

The physical cost is $20. Payment is accepted via cash or RevTrak. The RevTrak link below closes at 11:55 p.m. on Tuesday, 03/25/2025. Cash will be the only form of payment accepted on Physical Day, 3/26/2025. If you have any questions, please contact your Head Coaches or the athletic training staff.
