Sports Physicals

GPISD Parents/Guardians,
For the safety and protection of our athletes, the UIL and GPISD require all student athletes, managers, student trainers, video staff and band to get a Pre-Participation Sports Physical. The school district provides a mass physical day to all students interested in extracurriculars to help accommodate the student and their parent.

This year, physicals will be held on Thursday, May 15th, at Dement Fieldhouse Athletic Training Room. This opportunity is available for all athletics, cheer, dance and band students in grades 6 -11. Physicals will take place throughout the school day during students' respective athletic periods. Students who currently attend Galena Park Middle School and Woodland Acres Middle School will have transportation provided by the district to and from Dement Fieldhouse.

Physical cost is $20; Payment is accepted via cash or RevTrak. The RevTrak link closes at 11:55 pm on Wednesday, 05/14/2025. Cash will be the only form of payment accepted on Physical Day, 05/15/2025. If you have any questions, please contact your Head Coaches or contact the Athletic Training Staff.
